3. Registration and Payment
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment through the website.
• Payment is processed via a secure system (Wix Payments, Grow).
• All prices are listed in shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
• Participation can be canceled no later than 48 hours before the workshop — in this case, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable (or may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
• If the event is canceled by the organizers — a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of purchase, except for personalized services, custom workshops, or made-to-order products.
5. Terms of Service
• Workshops will take place on the date and time selected at the time of booking.
• Confirmation and all participation details will be sent by email after successful payment.
6. Age Restrictions
• Participation in workshops is allowed from age 8 (or other specified age depending on the workshop format).
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Purchases and bookings through the website are allowed only for individuals aged 18 and above.
7. Materials and Safety
• Workshops may include the use of materials such as epoxy resin, paints, candles, sharp or cutting tools, etc.
• Participants must follow safety guidelines and all instructions.
• The organizers are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing or personal belongings that may occur during participation.
8. Responsibility for Information and Products
• All information provided on the website or in forums is for informational purposes only.
• Happy time Beyachad is not liable for damages or losses that may occur as a result of using this information.
• The user is solely responsible for the use of any information presented on the website or in discussions.
• The company is also not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of a purchased product or service, except in cases where negligence by the company is proven.
9. Privacy
• Personal data provided by users will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• Data is stored and processed according to strict security standards.
10. Photography and Videography
• Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for use on social media and in promotional materials.
• If you do not wish to appear in photos/videos — please notify us in advance.
11. Responsibility for Final Results
• We do our best to ensure the quality of services and materials. However, the final result depends on the participant’s individual actions, and we cannot take responsibility for the appearance of the finished product.
• If a defective DIY kit is received, it can be replaced within 3 days of receipt, provided photo/video proof is submitted.
